NHS Social prescribing reports

Working with regional NHS Social Prescribing teams we produced a range of reports to document the important work the teams had been delivering. Each report covers a different region and were collated to show the impact the Social Prescribing service has had on reducing the attainment gap in IMG doctors across their NHS Trusts.

The range of reports were made available in digital and print formats along with a supply of the infographics and illustration for use in future presentations.
