ACCEL HEAL

Accel Heal Technologies Limited are a cutting-edge medical device company with a unique electrical stimulation wound therapy device, Accel-Heal Solo. Having previously worked with thier leadership team, we were approached to design, build, and facilitate their presence at the prestigious EWMA 2024 exhibition at the Excell Centre in London. The event attracted nearly 5,000 people over 3 days in with 94 nationalities, 165 other exhibitors and over 700 presentations.

To make sure Accel Heal Technologies made an impact in a crowded events hall we used their bright brand colours to create visual impact with a stretched fabric exhibition stand, accompanied by patient and expert testimonials the stand not only looked good but communicated all of the products USPs and the excellent real-world feedback. The exhibition stand came complete with premium lighting, excellent storage (an often-overlooked component to a successful event!) and a large HD display for looping video content to play throughout the day. To complete the exhibition space, we also produced a range of printed literature and branded give-aways which were displayed across the stand and distributed throughout the event. Throughout the whole process we were the point of contact for the client, installation crew and event team taking pressure off their marketing team and making us an integrated part of the Accel Heal Technologies team.

We also supported Accel Heal Technologies  by providing on the day video and photography, capturing not only interactions on the exhibition stand but also capturing valuable recordings of expert poster presentations and their symposium. This enabled us to support the broader marketing team with lots of social and digital assets for future use, this large bank of content meant that the success of the event stretched beyond the three days of the event.

Alongside the exhibition stand we also helped promote and produce a well-attended symposium on the afternoon of the first day, which was hosted by three wound care  experts with speakers from academic, clinical, and patient backgrounds. The symposium featured a number of videos and graphics we produced for the event using pre-existing materials as you can see here.

The results of the exhibition spoke for themselves with multiple high value leads generated on the stand and a room full of medical experts educated in the symposium.
